Used with a wire fly crimp. The best system I have ever used for butt splicing or adding connectors. I'm a boat mechanic and use these terminals on the boats I work on. They are shrunk on with a heat gun after crimping and the adhesive inside seals the crimp and helps prevent corrosion due to the constant salt air environment.
