This bleaching gel works very well. It took me a few days to see the results so I went to Youtube and saw a video of Dr. George in which he said teeth should be very dry and a mouthguard should be used. I was a bit overwhelmed as I don't remember seeing this specs. In fact, the product lists several different application methods, not all of which involve the use of a tablet. dr George explained that saliva neutralizes the bleach and therefore renders the product ineffective. He says you should use a dish with mold on your teeth (like a bite and boil dish) so the saliva is less likely to affect the product. I wish this information was in the instructions but I found it!
