I think this might be the answer to the fog mask for glasses wearers. I've bought several disposable masks that have an easily foldable nosepiece sewn into them, but that wasn't enough to get the job done. My glasses are still very foggy. These nose bridge strips are cheap so I decided to try them on my disposable masks. I have found that I if I place one of these strips at the very top of the mask, I can press it firmly against my nose to exhale without my glasses fogging up. It works, and the adhesive is strong enough to hold the strip in place. For me, this answers my biggest complaint about wearing a mask. If you're frustrated like me, give it a try.
