Sneaky Review: They're Versatile and Fun!

Yes I know they are sold as coffee stirrers. Well this is not a review about it. I recently discovered the existence of "thin craft sticks" and have enjoyed working with them. However, they cost me $3 for just 75 5.5" long sticks. Now, this wood was thicker and stronger than these bamboo stirrers, but the price difference was unreal. So I went in search of a cheaper option, this one found and made a magazine rack out of the box which I plan to put in the bathroom by the toilet. Yes the individual sticks don't exactly support any weight but when I glued a few of them together they became as strong as a dowel rod with the same one Depth I used wood glue to hold them together and paper clips to hold things in place while the glue dries and a sturdy magazine rack and I'm looking forward to exploring all the other things I could create with it Now the list of pros and cons, and I'll try to make it relevant to coffee as well: Pros: Affordable, light, flexible, strong enough to R touch, almost no splinters, no smell, easy to cut with scissors. Cons: Not all sticks were the promised 7.5โ€ณ length, cutting small pieces (like 1/4โ€ณ) is nearly impossible due to the split, and sticks vary in width and degree of straightness - although I'm comfortable with this due to their flexibility Clamps could fix. Anyway, my kids and I enjoy them and I won't hesitate to order more for the same price once we're done with this box.
