Works great, very easy and straightforward to install. Didn't bother with manual on/off, just turned on the AC. Came with multiple fittings to install the temperature sensor without having to buy anything extra. I was hoping for dual output so each fan could start at different temperatures or just turn on once with the air conditioner. But since they're only running at 60%, I'm guessing that both come at the same time isn't that bad. The only thing I would wish for was a better way to set the temperature rather than making it a guessing game - just ticking the trim or using dip switches instead would be nice. On another car I installed one that had a digital display and all sorts of settings and adjustments but everyone said it was probably twice the price and I never used those features.
