Lots of tutorials and some training but well worth it. My husband is a vet and although I am also a vet he likes his baby clothes to have a durable edge. I'm wearing pink fluffy clothes and he's all in gear like Molle. It's adjustable, comfortable (or so he tells me) and can easily carry a larger baby. Although I wouldn't recommend this for newborns because they are so sturdy and their bodies are so flexible, it is perfect for an older baby and a baby boy.
