This is not 7.1 surround sound. They are normal stereo. That cool software package they show? Not available. You've got a much worse software setup now and only if you're willing to look for it, and it even goes to show that there's no surround sound option. YouTube has help videos that lead to their old site which no longer exists. There are many different but equally sketchy websites out there, making it difficult to find the software you need. Don't buy them. It's a pair of cheap $20 plastic wired headphones that they sell for $50 under the guise of having 7.1 surround sound. The Corsair HS60 Pro is $10 less and the quality is infinitely better. Mpow EG3 Pro is almost half price, better quality and more convenient.
