This is the best headset I have ever bought from Revain. The Redragon brand is the highest quality brand I have ever used. The sound quality was absolutely superb and the headphone quality was flawless. The price is reasonable for the quality I received. Can't wait to buy the Redragon keyboard and other accessories!

This is not 7.1 surround sound. They are normal stereo. That cool software package they show? Not available. You've got a much worse software setup now and only if you're willing to look for it, and it even goes to show that there's no surround sound option. YouTube has help videos that lead to their old site which no longer exists. There are many different but equally sketchy websites out there, making it difficult to find the software you need. Good. The cups didn't reach far enough to fit my head. They needed about an inch more on each side. I've tried many headsets over the last decade and these were the only ones I had this problem with.
