Oh my god, this thing is fully functional and comfortable. I'm a big boy with a big belly and wanted something to keep my tummy out as I start exercising more and dieting. I have several other compression balloons that work great, but they have to be worn over the head and are a little fiddly. I saw this one and thought it looked attractive with the front zip closure and especially the clips that hold it together before it zips up. I wear 2X-3X shirts just for my belly so I ordered XL of this product. Came in today, opened up and thought - oh my god I can't put that little thing on. However, it wasn't bad at all. It's very stretchy and the clasps are your saving grace! The clasps close easily and well. After removing some of the belly hair, things went easy. And it's convenient! The best part is just the fact that it has been removed at least 4 inches from my stomach while still feeling comfortable and very easy to breathe! I love it and have already told a few friends. I'm serious and I don't write fake paid reviews, I'm very happy with my new M-Irdle (men's belt).
