Soft Factors has helped us to reduce our recruitment time by 30-40% since we are using it for all of our internal requirements, from candidate sourcing through onboarding at new hires or contract employees! The support team is also very responsive when you have questions about how something works - they're always willing (and able) to help answer any question that comes up via email/phone call etc., as well as in person if needed. We've had some issues with their reporting features but I'm sure those will be resolved soon enough once more updates roll out. It's been great so far though; super easy platform to use & navigate around without needing much training / knowledge required. They offer many different products which can sometimes make things confusing during setup process. However this isn't an issue anymore because everything now runs smoothly after going live last month :) Their customer service department helps resolve most.
