I got the watch. Very fast shipping. But it is hard to use. First, it is hard to pass the first screen to get to the next level like set up, other data beyond the current time. The manual says touch the button, but there is no button. It doesn't tell you where the button is. It says touch the __ but the displayed line is not responsive. Occasionally it gets to the step count screen, but that's all. The manual also says touch the . But again it doesn't tell you where the . is. Occasionally I could find a headphone icon with vertical ., this is where you connect Bluetooth. But it does not tell you how to get to this screen either. In short, the UI is not intuitive and the touch screen seems not responsive. Then the physical. The earpiece seems a bit small to me. But it provides two rubber covers. It makes the earpiece a bit larger and provides more friction. Very comfortable. But the earpiece is hard to be removed from the wristband. With the rubber cover on, it is almost impossible to remove it. Think about when you get a phone call and you want to pick up the earpiece, especially when you are driving, you have to yank it hard. It will be frustrating. I had a Huawei band that I lost. It did not have any of these problems. I was hoping this would be a replacement or even a better one. But I am very disappointed. I hope somebody could help me with these problems. I don't like to return things. But I don't want to keep something useless. Thank you for listening.
