I bought a fryer a few weeks ago. Like I said, I love it! I've cooked everything in it from chicken wings to steak, flawless! However, the classic fried chicken flavor either went badly or left me with burnt wings. When the flour covered wings were placed in the machine the smoke alarm went off and the flour covered wings turned black and tasted awful. But today I used my oil gun and the spray was very even, almost like water mist. I sprinkled the wings with flour, sprinkled with oil from this bottle and oil! Gorgeous golden brown wings to the rescue! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
