This stand/organizer is almost as shown. Assembly took a little while, but there was nothing difficult or complicated about it. There was a bit of a strange smell at first, but that went away after a few hours. 4 pockets wide and deep. If you only have a few pens in your pocket, the pens will not stay upright and it will look a bit messy. Luckily I have some pens so this looks great :P. Measure the height of the stand and make sure it fits you. It's quite high compared to what I've been up to so far, but it's suitable for my purposes.
