Buyers beware - bands 2 and 5 are not available

No explanation how to get your phone to use band 2 or band 5. Just says switch to LTE and when you put your phone in field service it's points to range 16 or any other range and can't be changed. Definitely not user friendly. Oh, and tech support doesn't work when you try to boost your signal and it doesn't work.
