Very good! I love her . This is my first pair. I'm just starting to train, I didn't know what size I was wearing, so I was skeptical about paying a lot of money for a pair and what size to go for. I left at 32 (M). I'm about 150 and 5 feet 8 inches tall. I love her. $8, you can't win at all. I wish they were in different colors, I would buy them all
