As I said, the package arrived on time. Water Floss is great and works great. The only problem I have is that I can't open the water tank. I try to turn it counterclockwise but it's sealed and can't be opened. I'm glad there is an open plug to fill the tank with water. I would come back but I like it. I'm afraid if I keep trying to open the reservoir I might break it. There is a specific lock and unlock icon on the water thread, but it just doesn't move to unlock the position. So I will keep it but am concerned about future tank cleaning and may have to throw it away and buy another brand if that happens.
