This is one of the best vacuums I have ever used, even better than my Dyson. However, the suction power is so strong that it sucked in a three-meter USB cable and was hopelessly locked in a matter of seconds. I read the instructions completely (model 233 LA) and after a while I called the company because I couldn't find how to remove the roller head. The new guy on the service line said there was no way to let go of the reel to unwind the cable - it would have to be cut off. I have never owned a vacuum with an airtight nozzle in 40 years. The risk of snagging the line or getting something wrapped around the reel head is too high. Even cleaning becomes a chore. In my case it disabled a new vacuum or USB cable. I gritted my teeth and cut the cord. Also cut the cord from that vacuum as I can't afford a blind cord or an electrical cord from a lamp on every vacuum. And the old saying about being more careful? Doesn't work with teenagers so not practical for my busy family.
