Review on 🪑 SimpliHome Randolph Mid Century Modern Bentwood Counter Height Stool (Set of 2) with Natural Linen-Like Fabric Upholstery by Cheryl Guzman

First, the product itself is fine. The stools are a little thin, but that is due to the minimalist look of the stools and the thin legs. I'm 180lbs and was worried they would break under my weight but I'm used to them and they seem to be holding up well although I have a feeling I'll break them every time I step out of them. I ordered these to replace the 30" tall stools that were too big for our counter bar and they are still a bit big, they actually measure 28". Luckily, our countertops are a bit taller at 36.5 inches. It's tolerable and I like the way they look so we're keeping them. Customer service is slow. and unfortunately they were. I ordered 2 sets (4 stools in total) but only received 2 sets of furniture. Simpli Home has two customer service numbers listed, the first is NOT Simpli Home. The second number is Simpli Home and an automated message tells you that you can make an online parts request through their website, which I did for my missing gear. About 2 days after submitting the online parts request, I received an e- Mail from one of their customer service reps said they had received my query but that it was Friday and their working hours were only Mon. And so began a slow back and forth email from Simpli Home telling me they had answered my query processed that they would fulfill my request and finally they sent my processed request. I have confirmed via email that I need TWO sets of gear just to be sure. A customer service rep confirmed that they shipped the equipment amounting to TWO. I received my package yesterday and lo and behold it's just a kit. Let's see how long it takes to get another gear. From the first request for parts to receiving the package it took SEVENTEEN DAYS!
