We bought 4 for our kitchen. There are no delivery problems. All items have been carefully packed. Assembly was a little tricky as the 4 legs on each chair are adjusted independently but are tied together at the top under the seat and with a footrest at the bottom. I suggest not tightening any screws until the chair is basically assembled and then slowly tightening them one at a time. Repeated tightening will result in the other being too loose or too tight. Ok there weren't any reviews on it until I ordered it and it got a star which made me nervous. First let me say these chairs are great. I received the instructions, all the necessary parts and all the equipment. I ordered straight from the warehouse, that might have helped, but the most important thing is their assembly. DO NOT tighten the legs first, screw on loosely, THEN screw on the footrest! Then pull everything together! It makes things 50x easier, and the instructions don't make it…

First, the product itself is fine. The stools are a little thin, but that is due to the minimalist look of the stools and the thin legs. I'm 180lbs and was worried they would break under my weight but I'm used to them and they seem to be holding up well although I have a feeling I'll break them every time I step out of them.
