We bought 4 for our kitchen. There are no delivery problems. All items have been carefully packed. Assembly was a little tricky as the 4 legs on each chair are adjusted independently but are tied together at the top under the seat and with a footrest at the bottom. I suggest not tightening any screws until the chair is basically assembled and then slowly tightening them one at a time. Repeated tightening will result in the other being too loose or too tight. Be patient and everything will be fine. The chairs look great when assembled! Good material and very durable. Great height for our kitchen counter. Really nice for the price. Highly recommended. Update: after a year the chair is holding up well. But the screws loosen over time. I highly recommend you use blue Loktite when assembling chairs to prevent this from happening.
