Ok there weren't any reviews on it until I ordered it and it got a star which made me nervous. First let me say these chairs are great. I received the instructions, all the necessary parts and all the equipment. I ordered straight from the warehouse, that might have helped, but the most important thing is their assembly. DO NOT tighten the legs first, screw on loosely, THEN screw on the footrest! Then pull everything together! It makes things 50x easier, and the instructions don't make it clear, so I'll use this as a guide in case you don't get the instructions: two D-legs in the back, two C-legs in the front. Long screws for the chair, short screws for the legs. That's it. Loosen everything and tighten everything together and the building process only took 15 minutes for both of them. The quality is excellent and with the tension that the footrest offers they are very durable. I weigh 160 so take that with a grain of salt but I moved and leaned from side to side and they were rock solid! Overall I would highly recommend the chairs for the quality you get for the money you spend but from what I've seen the instructions were a bit iffy if you can try to order from the factory. I'm usually happier when I get everything I need. first time. I hope your experience is the same as mine, love these chairs!
