I had an old pair of shoes like these and they melted on the outside. However, I felt they had a little more rubber, and I was right. Right out of the box I could tell they were a lot thicker than my previous pair, very well made, and wow if they don't look damn similar to them I tried them. They are so comfortable, breathable and fit perfectly on the foot. I love the back strap that keeps them securely on my feet while climbing. There's nothing worse than losing a shoe on hot concrete. Lo and behold, it's 105 degrees here, and then, to my amazement, I left them outside. They find great, somewhat warm, but without a melting point. I am very happy with this pair, there are no cons. I can't think of any. Where is the best couple!
