Review on O2COOL Battery Operated Personal Fan 🌬️ With Lanyard, Cooling Effect for Face and Neck by Jill Foster

This fan mainly cools the neck and chin. Since I suffer from excessive sweating all over my body, I'd prefer the air to reach my face as well, but a cool neck and chin is better than nothing. Straight out of the box, although the fan speeded up and slowed down randomly. I'll have to try putting in new batteries to see if that fixes the problem. Edit: I put new batteries in the fan and the airflow got a little stronger. Unfortunately, the fan is also louder. So loud it's pretty annoying. Since I put new batteries in, there is also no random acceleration and deceleration.
