I bought this to replace the valve stems on my golf cart. The T-handle bent when trying to slide a tool under the existing valve stem to remove it. I ended up pressing the bottom half of the valve stem into the rim. The end of the plug-in cone should be slightly narrower to seat better in the valve stem hole in the rim when inserting the new valve stem. This saved me from removing the golf cart wheels and breaking the bead on the tires, but I don't think it was worth the money, especially since the T-handle broke. Do not attempt to use this tool to install chrome valve stems. The chrome caps are damaged and will not hold onto the valve stem when pushed through the cone.
