I received this set of two Ford car remotes as we had two Ford/Mercury cars that needed a second set of keys and remotes. One works great, no problem. The second is inconvenient to use. Literally. If you press the buttons so hard that you hurt your thumb, you have unlocked or locked the car. Less than 80% of the time you have to try again - harder. Ouch. OK, it worked. But I have a strong grip, and a slight pain in my thumb isn't that big of a problem. This is a related issue that is really bothering me and making me give two stars. The problem with having to press the keys hard is that they get stuck half the time. Since they're just little rubber buttons, they actually slide under the rim of a hole in the hard plastic case and stick out downward - "on" if you will. See photo. Because one of them is stuck, that function (lock or unlock) is constantly being sent to the car, reducing battery life and, more annoyingly, causing the 'other function' not to work at all until you're done with the messing around with the stuck button. to make it stick. This is a constant pain, I will be contacting the manufacturer (seller) to see if they will replace it. If it does, and the replacement works as well as the first one, I'll be revisiting this review to up the star rating with comments on that part of my experience.
