I liked that they were open to creative ideas. They really understand our business needs and what we're looking for in an online marketplace platform. They are also very responsive when it comes time to implement new features or changes. The only thing about them that could be improved would be their pricing structure (as well as other agencies). We have been working with them over a year now and haven't had any issues.
