Less than a minute "worked" until the "gentlemen" got busy. What I'm saying is that this is now the most expensive desktop fan I've ever bought. yes it's gone And yes, the water fogged the fan very well for about 1 minute. The mist reached about a foot, if that, from the vent until the gentlemen plugged one by one. The instructions say to remove the clogged nozzles with a tool (don't know which tool but it's not the one they came with the fan) and replace the clogged nozzles with the spare parts (plural) that came with them. There was a spare in the box (no plural). Absolute rubbish. My sister bought a different brand from Costco but she didn't bother to tell me what brand it was. She loves hers. I'm stuck in my house alone in 100 degree weather. I bought this stupid thing because my "friend" wanted to sit on deck with me. I have been in my house since March 13th and avoid all antimasks. I am old. I am annoyed. And I'm late to return the fan because I didn't try it until I had a real threat of someone coming to my house to visit. Turns out to be untrustworthy, so I guess it doesn't matter. But I will warn you. Don't buy this crap.
