Review on ⌚ TicWatch E Smartwatch - Powered by Wear OS by Google by Jessica Randolph

This watch was amazing until it suddenly stopped working last week. The watch was completely dead. There was no shock injury. The watch has not been exposed to water. So I plugged it in and it displays a labeled flash to indicate I think it's charging, it also vibrates. This goes on for three minutes and just stops. I turn it off, but it's still just a "brick". So I called support to see what can be done. The watch has been out of warranty for a month. I personally thought that some leniency could be found as the watch was not damaged by impact or water. nope The Tic watch would not even repair this watch at my expense as the model is no longer made. I have been told that I can purchase new Ticwatch watches from their website and many of their models are on sale. Overall the worst customer service ever. Complete garbage. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't buy anything from this company. Revain, if you're listening, please remember not to wear any of their products.
