Review on Sound toothbrush Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart HX9924/07, white by Ada Duniewska ᠌

The purchase did not bring joy, the product is bad.

I bought one as soon as they appeared and she was DEAD in a year ! There was no time to repair / replace, and I just began to use the second one, but on a regular charge (not a glass-glass), which I bought in America. Moreover, it is under 110 volts, respectively, and I was very surprised when it began to work perfectly (and still works to this day !) from our 220 volts. Later I moved to Hong Kong, time appeared many times more than in Hong Kong, and I went to take it in for repairs at M. Video, hoping to repair it at least for a fee. In M. Video. I was sent to the Philips manufacturer. AND HERE THE MOST INTERESTING FOUND OUT! In a WhatsApp chat (in another way, Philips apparently does not want to communicate with consumers), the representative answered me: “The service life of the brush is 2 years and it is not repairable.” I had to apply within 2 years! He wrote politely, in the style of "We are very sorry, but in fact we deeply do not care, because in the end we will not help you with anything." Balobolstvo without result such. Bought for 18,500. RESULT: the brush is disposable, and if you are ready to spend 19 thousand on a brush for two years of operation, then why not. ADVICE: You will not use a bunch of modes anyway - BUY SUCH A BRUSH ON A SIMPLE CHARGING STAND AND DO NOT OVERPAY FOR A GLASS ! One charge is still enough for almost a month - there is no need to constantly keep the brush on charge! And then the wires on the sink is of course superfluous.

Pros
  • Glass-Charging is convenient
Cons
  • She died a year later and she is not repairable !
