Who would have thought? I've been interested in copper for a long time. I have severe carpal tunnel. I ALWAYS wear a wrist guard. They don't even help anymore so I bought them. I only wear them at night because my hands don't bother me during the day. But every night and every morning I woke up in pain. Guess what? Aha!
