Pretty cheap!

They don't fit in an adult mouth and due to my bad bite my gums get sensitive when I use them but overall it has helped me a lot with grinding my teeth. It's quite thick compared to my old mouthguard, but I don't see that as a problem as I grind my teeth a lot when I sleep.
