Works very little.
My son wears pants a size 24 months and thought a 2-3 would fit perfectly (same as Carters brand underwear) but they were too small had to buy him a size 4-5 what's more a bit is fixed. The design is cute and it was a great way to get my car obsessed son to wear underwear.
