The only thing I liked about this product , is that I received this hat prematurely. It was supposed to arrive on December 30th or 31st but arrived on December 26th. But as soon as I opened the package, I realized something was wrong with the hat. So I compared it to the original list and the hat is not the same. I wanted the hat to be pictured in the listing because the hat looks like a shiny material like it would feel a bit rough to the touch. The hat that arrived and the photos I posted of are made of smooth and black felt material. The tag attached to the hat shows what is listed, but the hat doesn't even match the photo on the tag. The hat that came has a gold rim, the hat in the listing looks like black. Also the Happy New Year font is different from what I compared to the picture. I ordered from Rubies Pet Costume and was pleased but this hat is a total disappointment. I wanted what was pictured on the listing. It's MUCH brighter and sleeker compared to what arrived. So unfortunately I'm sending this hat back and hoping to find another somewhere before the new year.
