I had problems with a device I bought in July. I contacted Creative Support. Troubleshooting tips sent. When that didn't work, a replacement was sent immediately. The device powers my camera and eliminates the need for batteries. I work 12 hours a day with no problems. I would recommend the solar panel to anyone looking to get rid of the batteries in their camera.
