VERY HARD BRISTLES - not good for me
I bought these for my OralB electric toothbrush which I have enjoyed using for years and have had no problems with other brush heads. This is the first time I've come across brush heads with bristles this hard and stiff - they downright hurt when I use them and I'm afraid they might damage my gums. So I don't use it. I recently requested a refund (I can send it back) but received no response as Revain's return period was over 2 months. I was not aware of this period. I asked the seller for help but received no response.
