This is the smallest diameter i could find. And perfect size for my septum. The shops i've been to don't carry 4g that aren't gigantic and would hang down way too low. which isn't a look i am fond of. I threw out the ball, cause i dont like to use them, But it did seem like a snug and high quality sping action for those who do prefer to use it.
