I bought this laptop bag in December 2018. The bag is very nice, well padded. In addition to the padded main compartment for a laptop, it has 2 pockets, two mesh pockets and three small pockets for pens, pencils. However, one of the handles pulled outward when I held it. At this point, three months had passed since the purchase; I reported the problem to the seller and Victoria immediately offered to send me a replacement bag or refund the money I paid for the purchase.
