Pretty good until one of the nozzles broke

The nozzles tend to unwind during cleaning. I really liked it at first, but the quality has gone down over time. I've only had it for 3 months and one of the attachments broke and I can't use it. It's very hard to find a good set of rags and this is the best I've tried, but I'm still not satisfied. And I can't contact the seller because the return window is now closed.
