I had a terrible time collecting this one. The threads don't match, so everything is tight. Also, I was wondering why it came with an extra pack of screws and drywall anchors, I figured it out right away. The design of drywall anchors causes them to fall into the wall instantly, and no matter how carefully you screw them in, they cannot resist passage. Loosening the screw to adjust or catch the anchor knocks out a hole. This design is not user friendly and is way more complicated than it should be.
