When I was installing this with the mollies included in the kit the stand fell off and could not be supported. I had to go and buy stronger mollys to make it work. The rack itself is good, but there are no installment parts.

Returning. I find myself quite handy but can't install this. The included anchors will push through the drywall when you try to screw them in. It's also a two-person job as the rack needs to be assembled before installation.

This product itself is good but the mounting hardware that comes with it is not perfect. As many other reviewers have pointed out, drywall anchors are too big for screws and don't have a shoulder to keep them from getting lost in the drywall. Be prepared to get your own anchors if installing into drywall.

I had a terrible time collecting this one. The threads don't match, so everything is tight. Also, I was wondering why it came with an extra pack of screws and drywall anchors, I figured it out right away. The design of drywall anchors causes them to fall into the wall instantly, and no matter how carefully you screw them in, they cannot resist passage. Loosening the screw to adjust or catch the anchor knocks out a hole. This design is not user friendly and is way more complicated than it should

Absolutely terrible product. It took two hours just to hit the wall, you definitely need at least one other person. After putting two dresses on it, it quickly snapped out of my wall with drywall caps on the ends of the screws meaning the entire product is now completely unusable as they cannot be removed without spending hours loosening the plastic drywall screws.
