In general we like this brand of shoes, but my son wore them to school for a week and then turned them down because he said they would hurt him. I think they were too tight. The seller, Peltz Shoes, has a strict returns policy...You MUST have the original packaging and shoes are unworn to qualify for a refund. Without this criterion there is no exchange. I called to speak to them and explain that they are painful for my son but no exceptions. Now we don't have $40! I am very disappointed and will not order from this seller again.
