Toner Skin Care on Skin Care
This toner is a good complement to the eye gel and vitamin C products they offer. I love that it's chemical free and has a light rose scent. I use it to balance the pH of my skin. The presence of probiotics and essential oils allows me to use it on my sensitive skin. I spray it on a cotton swab and apply it morning and night.
