For the price this is a good upgrade on the box itself. Pros: Nice wide field of view Good build quality Magnetic flap that snaps into place No fancy suction to hold the phone (like some other VR headsets) but relies on friction between sponge pads and the phone to keep it in place Very low pincushion Mild chromatic aberration, especially for its prices Large interpupillary distance (I can wear it with glasses) Cons: Uses a Fresnel lens (although technically not a problem) causes nasty halos in images Nose pads can be painful after prolonged use Overall: Can't beat this performance for the price.
