I don't know where to start but overall I'm impressed with these cameras. Platforms with lots of settings from motion settings to white balance etc. Cons: Confusing sensitivity settings, had to reference the article to determine my settings. Night vision has a "Casper" effect that blurs a person's face with built-in IR. This is solved with LIFX+ lamps. Does not include POE injectors. Overall setup was straightforward and formatting the SD card was straightforward. I would recommend purchasing LIFX+ Lights as an alternative infrared light source to stop the "Casper" effect and prevent bugs from entering the camera and forming webs in front of the camera lens. I don't know if this is my setting, but the windows program will be disabled. from the cameras and reconnects, but if you leave it unattended you may need to reopen the program. As I said, I think this is my setup and has nothing to do with the program. This is an unpaid and honest review, I will update if I have any more issues. 05/29/19
