I have a wall phone. I needed a cable. I bought this. Is working. Many reviews of similar products indicate that the phone cord gets tangled. They claim that it affects their lives so negatively that they feel entitled to give the product a low rating. Hello snowflake, take care of your primal problems and just answer the phone! Even with the addition of a "muddler," this cord gets twisted. Guess what? I have thumbs so I rotate it.
