Rope is ok. I have bought many ropes for my parrots. This time they had a lot of fun, but it didn't last long. It was too easy to chew, parrots do that, but of the many ropes I've bought, they always last about a year, this one only 4 months. I had high hopes for him. I think if you have a parrot that just plays with it and has fun with wonderful hills and valleys that you can bend it into without chewing it (and it's great when they chew rope, they don't chew their own feathers !), I also had to cut a lot more than usual, strings that were "fluffy" all over because her feet got tangled in them all the time. I wish I could have given a better review but I had to be honest.
