I was using the engorgement/cabbage ones to dry up my milk. What I didn't realize when buying them is how wet they are. I was thinking this would be something I could slip into my bra. Instead you really need to sit naked from the waste up for 20 minutes. They're very messy and will fall off if you try to do too much (like care for a baby.) ice packs are easier to stick in your bra and give a cooling effect, and cabo creme is easier (and more effective) for relief. That's just a lotion you rub in and go. These were high maintenance.
