Helps Boost Supply in my review

I needed this product from FridaMom. My baby was born over 5 weeks early so breastfeeding was a struggle in the beginning. Even with pumping it was hard to establish a good supply for my baby. These breast masks for lactation are so helpful as I continue to build my supply. Baby boy is finally breastfeeding happily without frustration that there is not enough milk flow.

Easy to use and improved supply!

I loved how easy this was to use! I’ve tried a million different things to keep my supply consistent, this was the first thing that actually worked. I put it on ahead of a pumping session and I really saw a difference in my production!

Hello relief! in my review

This breast mask provides such a relief from engorgement or pain after having a clogged milk duct! I love how hydrating they are to the skin and how well they fit on the boob. Highly recommend and will be using these once it is time to wean!

Made for a handful, not for a handbag

I do love the way it felt and my skin definitely feels relieved! I just wish they were a little larger to cover these extra large milk bags 🤣

Overpriced and underdelivered.

Let me say that I love all things frida. I am disappointed in this product though because the packet is for a one time use and I didn’t see much difference in the amount of milk I produced. For the money, I don’t think it’s worth it. (Although my tatas did feel nice;). I would buy again if the price per mask set was considerably lower.

Good-ish idea, poor research

I bought the breast mask for engorgement because I noticed it has cabbage, which is a therapy/mom hack I had heard of previously. I like the concept, but the sheet mask didn't fit me well. Just didn't work for me. So 3-stars for that, but when I came to write this review, I noticed two other versions of the sheet mask. MOMS, applying fenugreek and fennel to your skin through a breast sheet mask will NOT increase your milk supply. What are they even trying to sell here? I am shocked and…

Sheet masks for my boobs!

This is such a great product. Sheet masks for sore engorged boobs. I wish I would have had these sooner! I’ve been breastfeeding for a whole year and love that these are an available product. Great value and I love that they can be purchased individually. These are great for breastfeeding moms or as a baby shower gift.

I like them, but I like other products better

I was using the engorgement/cabbage ones to dry up my milk. What I didn't realize when buying them is how wet they are. I was thinking this would be something I could slip into my bra. Instead you really need to sit naked from the waste up for 20 minutes. They're very messy and will fall off if you try to do too much (like care for a baby.) ice packs are easier to stick in your bra and give a cooling effect, and cabo creme is easier (and more effective) for relief. Cooling effect is priceless!

These breast masks have a great cooling effect while your body absorbs the fenugreek and fennel directly into the skin. Two come in the package, so I only used one and kept the other one in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect. I couldn't find on the package the amount of time to leave them on for, so I kept them on for about ten minutes on each breast and then rubbed in the residual film of liquid. Save your money - my new review

One star, I bought these because I got sun burn on my boobs. these are way to big you gotta have bigger than a c cup for these to fit perfectly. You are supposed to leave these on for 20 mins but they dried up within 8-10 mins. My boobs don’t feel any different just feels like I put lotion on. Would not buy again or recommend
