I bought the breast mask for engorgement because I noticed it has cabbage, which is a therapy/mom hack I had heard of previously. I like the concept, but the sheet mask didn't fit me well. Just didn't work for me. So 3-stars for that, but when I came to write this review, I noticed two other versions of the sheet mask. MOMS, applying fenugreek and fennel to your skin through a breast sheet mask will NOT increase your milk supply. What are they even trying to sell here? I am shocked and concerned. Fenugreek and fennel seed help with breast milk supply if you actually consume it and most of the research has been done in teas you drink, not applying it to your skin. SMDH!
