Perfect fit. I had to replace the passenger side engine mount on my 97 GMC SANOMA 4.3 V6 because the oil pump failed and when I lifted the engine to access the oil pan the old mount just fell apart. I figured since I'd already removed the engine I might as well replace both engine mounts and the gearbox mount. Needless to say I haven't done enough truck miles to give an overview of the durability of these mounts but they fit perfectly and they appear to be made just like the originals which lasted 130xxx miles. However, if they last that long, then it's money well spent.
